These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of app.bridgeus.co and related services (the "Service") provided by BridgeUs Holdings, Inc. ("BridgeUs", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service identifies and ranks attendees of an event based on professional information that is publicly available or provided to us. Results are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Access purchased for a stated number of users may not be shared beyond that number.
(a) Event Pass. A one-time fee for access to a single event.
(b) Starter Subscription. A recurring monthly fee for access to up to ten (10) events per calendar month.
(c) Pro Subscription. A recurring monthly fee for access to all events and the additional features described at purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month and you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
(d) Free Trial. Where offered, a subscription may begin with a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically at the end of the trial. If you cancel during the trial, access ends immediately and you are not charged. One trial per person.
(e) Fees are stated before purchase, are exclusive of applicable taxes, and are processed by our third-party payment processor. We may change fees with notice before your next billing period.
You may cancel a subscription at any time via the link in your receipt email or under Profile > Subscription. Cancellation of a paid period takes effect at the end of that period; access continues until then and no further charges are made. Cancellation during a free trial takes effect immediately.
You may request a full refund of any charge by writing to info@bridgeus.co within seven (7) days of that charge. Except as stated here or required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights.
You may not: (a) use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications or to harass, stalk or harm any person; (b) copy, scrape, export in bulk, resell or redistribute data from the Service; (c) circumvent access controls or usage limits; or (d) use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam laws. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach, without refund.
Individuals who appear on an event page may request removal at any time by writing to info@bridgeus.co. See our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by BridgeUs and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, INCLUDING ANY MEETING OR BUSINESS RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGEUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BridgeUs and its officers, directors and employees from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may amend these Terms. Material changes affecting paying customers will be notified by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
